We have come to the understanding that whatever we as humans can meet, feel, think, sense or experience can change through surrendering to movement.

Rooted ín the 5Rhythms Wavesmap this workshop is an investigation where we are invited to hold and create space for each other that is safe to feel, express and move what arises.

The Mystical field between awareness and attention Right here… always and everywhere… unlimited space, subtle vibrating aliveness and total surrender to the universal spaciousness and stillness that our souls long so deeply for.

To get out of the way and let life unfold is allmost im-possible for the human mind, but in our many years of experience with the 5Rhythms, we have come to see that the very surrender to humble uncensored dance, movement and practice can open for the possibility that the essence of being and who we truly are lies in shifting the perspective from the dancer to the dance.

Through willingness to see beyond our separate indi-vidual and give space rather than take space, we see there is absolutely nothing we can do to achieve what we long for… but if we are really really open;… It may happen!

Nous savons, à travers l’expérience, que tout ce que nous pouvons rencontrer en tant qu’êtres humains — sensations, pensées, émotions, élans ou résistances — peut se transformer lorsque nous nous abandonnons au mouvement.

Ancré dans la carte des 5Rythmes, ce stage est une exploration collective : un espace où nous sommes invités à créer ensemble un environnement sécurisant pour sentir, exprimer et traverser ce qui émerge.

Entre attention et conscience s’ouvre un champ mystique. Ici même… toujours présent… un espace illimité, vibrant de subtilité, où l’on peut s’abandonner à cette vastitude silencieuse que notre âme désire si profondément.

Se retirer du chemin pour laisser la vie se dérouler semble presque impossible à l’esprit humain. Mais au fil de nombreuses années de pratique des 5Rythmes, nous avons observé que l’abandon à une danse humble, libre et sans censure ouvre une voie : celle où l’essence de l’être ne réside plus dans le danseur ou la danseuse, mais dans la danse elle-même.

Lorsque nous cessons de prendre de la place et choisissons plutôt d’en offrir, un glissement peut se produire. Nous réalisons alors qu’il n’y a rien à faire pour atteindre ce que nous cherchons… Mais si nous sommes vraiment, vraiment ouverts… alors, peut-être, cela arrivera.

Jan Redsted pratique depuis 1998 et enseigne les 5Rythmes en niveaux Wave, Heartbeat et Mirrors. Jan est psychothérapeute et diplômé en psychiatrie. A participé à plusieurs projets de recherche croisant les 5Rythmes, le cancer et la santé mentale. A assisté la formation des enseignants des 5Rythmes. Membre du conseil d’administration de 5Rhythms Reach Out.

Reduced pricing applies to individuals under 25, over 65, or unemployed. The 5RTA rate is intended for 5 Rhythms teachers and teachers-in-training.

If a participant wants to cancel their registration until 2 weeks before the event, they will receive a full refund minus a €50 processing fee. 1 week before, they will receive a full refund minus a €100 processing fee. Less than a week, their refund is subject to participant replacement. If a replacement is registered, participant will receive a full refund minus a 50€ processing fee. If a participant does not show up for the workshop without communicating, their registration payment will not be refunded.

Le tarif réduit s’applique aux personnes de moins de 25 ans, de plus de 65 ans, ainsi qu’aux demandeurs d’emploi. Le tarif 5RTA est réservé aux enseignants 5 Rythmes et enseignants 5 Rythmes en formation.

Si un participant souhaite annuler son inscription jusqu’à 2 semaines avant l’événement, il recevra un remboursement intégral moins 50 € de frais de traitement. 1 semaine avant, il recevra un remboursement intégral moins 100 € de frais de traitement. Moins d’une semaine avant l’événement, le remboursement dépend du remplacement du participant. Si un remplaçant est inscrit, le participant recevra un remboursement intégral moins 50€ de frais de traitement. Si un participant ne se présente pas à l’atelier sans en avoir informé l’organisation, son paiement d’inscription ne sera pas remboursé.
